Hi, I upgraded my phone and did the sim swap on the app to get my new phone working. It transferred and I had signal for a few hours and now it's gone and I don't have signal on either one of my phones/sims, old or new. I've tried reseting network, removing sim and turning phone off and on. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
