Hiya,
My phone has been displaying no SIM since about 12pm today. There was an outage in the area as my partners was the same however his is now working. I've tried restarting my phone and trying my SIM in another phone however it still doesn't work. Is this my SIM and do I need a new one or is it just because the outage in the area? I need my phone for work so this really is stressing me out. Thank you for your help.

Some systems may still be coming back online.

Just keep rebooting until your phone connects.

Should I go to the o2 shop if it doesn't resolve itself and get a new SIM?

Certainly worth trying if it's not back on by the morning..

I'd also turn off, remove SIM and reinsert it too. Sometimes static can build up preventing a connection.
