Hi ive just upgraded in the 02 shop yesterday and im trying to apply my nhs discount but its not accepting it. What am i doing wrong?

If you are applying it as you have written in your post then the system wont recognise lower case. It's NHS01 for the NHS discount. Try that and I hope it works. 😊
