Hi all need some fast advise, I have been a victim of fraud over the last year, only with O2 and have wasted my time trying to resolve. I have called over 10 times spoke to so many advisers, managers who have all promised the world to resolve, but to my dismay have done absolutely nothing. Over the last 2 months I’m receiving letters demanding the monies to be paid, this has now processed to default notice, to notice of enforcement. I call O2 on every correspondence received and just get no where, even in some case they place me on hold for 15 mins and then drop the call and no call back, the service is just shocking I think the worst I’ve experienced why is this proving so difficult to sort out. I have been with O2 for over 16 years and have the same number and this is what loyalty offers you at O2, can this type of complaint be dealt with via the ombudsmen where do I go I cannot wait for my door to be broken down and my possessions taken please any o2 specialists I need help many thanks
