My data is not working

I topped my phone up a couple of days ago because it said I ran out of data. Since I have topped it up I’ve had no data added to my account and my balance says £0 even tho I put £10 on it and it will let me use my data for about a minute and then a notification comes up saying I can only use £2 till midnight or something like that.

Seems like you haven’t bought a bundle of data,minutes and texts but are just using cash and paying standard rates.

Check this in the my o2 app as I’m fairly sure this is your problem.

I’m a pay as you go customer myself and have been with o2 for well over  a year and have had zero problems.

The bundles are pretty good value so check them out.
