Mico Sim

Hi my name is Sheila, I am a disabled person.  I find it really hard to find a phone I can use. My phone was dropped into water and I had quite a challenge replacing it.  Anyway found one flip-up with big button!! But it wont take my standard sim it requires a micro sim!  Can I get my contract transferred onto a micro sim and how would I go about this with all shops being shut!  I really need access to a phone right now as I am vulnerable at this time. Thanks

Have you checked to see if the middle part of the sim pushes out @Sheils1?
If not then I am afraid you will need to call customer services to get a new sim sent out.
As you might expect, they are rather busy and have fewer staff than normal.

Check your sim to see if it can be pushed out to make a micro sim. (Standard sims were usually 3-1) Standard, Micro, and Nano
