Mast not working as it should

Hi there,

We live out in the sticks but the 4G etc has been fine until recently when there was a marked drop. Having been on the status checker it says

"Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry.

Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it."

I get that, but it's been like that for weeks now. Is there a time limit / KPI for this sort of thing to be sorted in? Essentially when can we expect to be back to normal.

Thanks in advance.

@O2Emma I am having the same issue. For a number of weeks now signal strength has been very poor to non-existent. The network status checker for my area has been showing the message shown above for all of that time. Is there any way to actually get some information about whether this is actually being investigated and when it is likely to be fixed?
