Hi - I need to talk to O2 on behalf of my elderly mother, who has a mobile (on O2) but struggles with the latest contact tech like chatbots, automated voice systems etc. How do I get added as a trusted relative so that I can talk to O2 on her behalf?

You just need to know the answer to her security word which can be set or reset in her MyO2 under "Manage my details"
