Lost my phone, but I now have it back

Lost my phone a couple of weeks ago, reported it to 02. 

Now I have the phone back I have put in the replacement sim 02 sent me out, but it’s coming up as no service how do I go about getting it activated in my phone that was lost

@L100O2 will have put a bar on the phone.

You need to call them and explain what's happened and see if they can lift the bar.

Call them on 0344 809 0202 using any phone

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
