Ok I’ve been a o2 customer from day 1 many years ago but things change in life now I need to reduce my expense so I need to lower my tariff.

if I stay loyal to o2 I get 5GB for £10 on a 24 mth plan or I leave for a Month get PAC code different provider then come Back and get 9GB for £8 this dosent make any sense can someone please explain why loyalty isn’t wort it?

thanks Anyone

I'm not sure where you are seeing those differences as the O2 direct prices are the same for everyone.

Maybe you are looking at a tariff change rather than an upgrade tariff?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
