@Neil3  Not sure what this post is about? Are you attempting to make a payment via Paypal and it's showing the letters relating to that number (as per old keypad?)

If so, delete the app you are using, reinstall and try again.

Rotate device into landscape mode.

You need rotation enabling in the phone settings @Neil3
