From today my phone keep going on to 4G not connected to WIFI. I have SKY broadband my internet is fine and my husband’s Samsung stays connected to SKY permanently. I can connect to SKY and it will stay connected but then I will stop using my phone and a few minutes later it goes back to 4G. I have to keep checking so I don’t get charged for data. It’s only happened today and it’s really annoying. i have an iPhone 6?

Try rebooting the router and forgetting the connection on the phone and reconnecting to wifi.

Go into wifi settings on the phone and switch off wifi assist @PhantomDeb
