Is insurance included in the device plan

I am enquiring if insurance is included in the device plan ?

Does any one know and if it is how you go about making a claim?

No, @Louisenevin8 - you have to purchase insurance separately, unless you have cover in, for example, your home contents insurance for mobile phone loss or damage.

With O2, insurance has to be purchased within 28 days of contract start.

You may want to shop around though. O2's insurance isn't the cheapest and you might find something better for less of a premium.
