Today, I was scammed by a fake o2 staff member. He used my account to order something. I received the email sent to me by o2. I immediately contacted your customer service staff and talked about it, The staff said All orders will be canceled, why now I have received the order from o2 e-mail and it has been sent out, the staff said that they will cancel all orders.

@Yoki2009 This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service again.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Should anything arrive by post or courier from O2 you should refuse to accept the delivery.
