I want to buy a phone through o2 app which I can't because it's not working

What exactly isn't working?

Yesterday, there were issues with the O2 app, but mostly these are resolved now, however, there are still some issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

There have been problems with the app recently. You may want to give customer services a call and buy via that route. or pop in store. Guide: How to find help & contact O2
