I'm regretting my decision to go with o2 already and haven't received my sim yet! I sent a pac code to o2 to keep my number and they have just sent an email saying good news your order is on its way and here's your new number! Is this normal?
Have I got some reader to cancel when I'm on a 12 month contract?

You will always be given a new number initially @lilyrose as o2 needs to set you up with something.
The number port will happen after.
Unfortunately o2 seem to have problems processing PACs at point of ordering, so you would be best following the instructions in the guide below once you receive the SIM card.

You have 14 days to change your mind, and the process for that is below.
