I paid my bill yesterday and I’m still restricted

Can anyone help me please how do I get in contact with o2. I paid my bill yesterday it was over due but my services are still cut off. What do I do. I need to make phone calls and things and I’m just stuck.

It can take up to 48 hours and maybe longer over the weekend.

You need to contact payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am
