Hello everyone,
I have decided to pay my Airtime bill earlier and used my card but how will I know if it's has gone through?
I have paid my device plan with no issues but the Airtime?
There's no available agents online so I am stuck to ask the coummunity for help.

You will get an email from o2, once it has been completed, you will see an email with KMM in the details. Also you will see it on your bank statement.
Also note if you have paid within 7 days of your Direct Debit date, then the Direct Debit will still be processed
