Got scammed two phones taken out in my name ..contract sent can get in touch with O2 fraud team need

what should I do ?  Got calls offering upgrade..they order wrong phones on purpose then call me to send to an address 89 city road, Birmingham. I feel stupid and violated ..twice ..O2 not contact  me back ..can they not cancel contracts.? Stressed

If you posted the phones to a thrd party address then I'm not sure how anyone can help

Communicating with O2 through Instagram" it's under investigation" but I now have default notice😬 everyone be careful. Credit now getting affected..
