Extra charges

Hi, 

How do I make a payment for 'Extra charges' on my account? I have been charged for calling internatianlly and owuld like to make the payment?

You could wait until your next bill or in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 you will see a section which says Make a Payment. You can pay via that route.

When I got onto that link it just takes me to make my Airtime payment and no other amounts are on there?

Then you will need to call O2

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

So ive have just called 202, and went thorugh the kaypad option, when i put my mobile number it it said i haze 0 to pay, then she hung up on me?? ah this is so fustrating!
