Solved: Email sent from 02 saying multi media

Been sent email saying i have been sent a multi media picture has attachment but cant view or open it?

Unless you know the sender, it will be spam or a scam.

Just delete the email and ignore it.

You can report it to O2 also if you wish.

@Ca3 If you know who the sender is you have to use your data to download what's been sent. If you want to avoid this in the future, you and whoever is sending you pictures should download and use WhatsApp over WiFi, which is free.
