Been trying to pay off my device plans in full for 3 days now and unable to speak with anyone, kept on hold for 90 mins plus, and there is no such thing as chat support.
Very clear decision to want to leave this mickey mouse outfit.

Try calling 0800 902 0217 they should be able to process payment, chat services should never be used for payments unless you want your data stored in plain text, on a 3rd party platform...
Good luck if you go to any of the other networks which all use horrible chat bots for support....

Thanks, however I do not use these any of these social media platforms. Surely the idea is that you would go directly to the company website to be serviced and not expected to go via third party platforms. I appreciate your input.
