Good morning

I ordered for a contract sim of 20 pounds per month since 28th of  last month and I’m yet to get the SIM card till date. I have called severally and I was told to be patient that I’ll get the SIM card. I woke up few days ago and saw that a debit of 21.90 pounds  has been deducted from my account already from 02 saying it’s for my contract sim even when I’ve not seen any sim nor activated any sim.I have called customer service twice today and my calls are being dropped . I have been calling for days now and I can’t seem to understand what’s going on. I dint get any SIM card delivered to my address till date and deductions has been made on my account. how then  was this sim activated without me seeing any sim.. 
i want the direct debit on my account cancelled 
And my money refunded please 
 
Nobody is picking my calls and I don’t know why.

You certainly should have your sim by now. I see you have posted a number (which should be edited out of your post please. Top right hand corner of your post you will see a V sign. Click on that, you will see  edit and delete your number. However, is that your old number or PAYG?

You should contact the sales team as they can help you with your new sim– message them on Social Media  -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Thanks so much I’ve edited it. Yeah, that’s my previous number. It’s a pay as you go sim and the data is very limited that’s why I ordered for a contract sim with more data. I’ve been calling them for weeks to sort this out but nothing positive is coming out if it
