Hey @sponjmonki@MI5@Cleoriff@jonsie I've had a response and it is indeed possible to book disabled access Priority Tickets for The O2 arena!

This can only be done over the phone as requirements need to be discussed to ensure that the guests needs can be properly met. You can get more info on this process by going to the Priority FAQ section and selecting Seating and Access from the list.

Any further questions please let me know. smiling

Good question which I would guess depends on the venue or event, however, I’ll tag @Marjo and @Martin-O2 as I think this will need checking with the priority team.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I think there probably is an option @Martin-O2.

When I went to the O2 Academy in Birmingham there were 2 rows of people queuing. The Prority queue and others (like me). The Priority queue had at least 3 people in wheelchairs waiting.

Now whether they were disabled customers and had bought tickets via Priority so were just waiting in that queue remains to be seen...

I've never seen it as an option but there again I wasn't disabled last time.
