Hi, I did change my plan for a sim only monthly payment, is it o2 taking the payments as a direct debit or I have to pay on my own? I did delete the last direct debit with then but nothing new cames that's why I'm asking. Thank in advance for answer.

Usually O2 receive payments by direct debit. But if you cancel any direct debit on your bank account, then I think you should manually pay the bill on your O2 account by the time expected otherwise they might disconnect your service.

You can call customer service to ask them to add another direct debit to your account instead or you can decide to pay it using your myO2 account or app.

It's a requirement of a contract that people pay by Direct debit @ELWIRA

If you have cancelled then you should be asking O2 to set a DD for your new sim only plan.

You can complete this form http://static.o2.co.uk/assets2/pdf/O2_DirectDebitMandate.pdf  and send it to them, although it would be easier to contact O2 and do it via phone.
