So I’ve been with O2 since 2013.. my direct debit has always been the 25th as that when I got my first job and that’s the day I got paid so that’s when I took my first phone bill out.
without my consent they took £169 from my account a week early on the 18th. When I asked why I was told it’s because you settled a phone last month so now this watch automatically settles itself a month later and we just take the money from you with no form of communication I was on hold for 1 hour 4 minutes to then be transferred and the line disconnect I have spoke to 3 more assistants and when I start telling them my query in a calm polite way they all hang up after about 15 seconds.
what should I do?
