Hi, just wondering if anyone knows what’s happening regarding a situation like this. I ordered my new phone Friday and chose Saturday delivery before 12pm I didn’t get it. I rang 02 and they said it’s going through a credit check and i should check my account in 24hrs to see if the money has gone in or out my account. Money hasn’t moved so I rang back the next day (26th July) I then got told that the credit check had been approved and my new phone should be arriving today or tomorrow (27th). Regarding this I’ve had no emails or updates since my order to let me know when I would be receiving it. If it is supposed to be arriving tomorrow surely I should have some sort of email telling me if it’s whereabouts.
