Debt collector letter completely unjust

I need a customer service manager to ring me asap. Urgent matter which needs addressing straight away. Have a debt collecting company on my case from O2 which is your fault and not mine. This needs addressing now. Been in queue on phone for 90 minutes and then been hung up on. Completely unjust and a complete joke.
