I used to have 60gb start of my contract now it’s 30gb I don’t get why?

Have you got a discounted tariff? If so it will show as a bolt on in my O2 Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?

As @Cleoriff stated, it will probably show as a base tariff and a zero-cost multiplier bolt-on (applied monthly until next renewal date), like this:

Total monthly allowance on the account above is 75GB, 25 base plus 50 bolted-on.
