Hi I paid the air time balance regarding this number but there no option to pay the device plan how do I go about it [Personal details removed]

The best thing you can do is set up a direct debit and you wouldn't have any concerns. However now you need to contact payment management to sort out the rest of your payment.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
