Hey, just wondering if anyone could help I placed an order this morning online and it said choose a shop to collect and it said I could collect today but I have now received an email saying by 28th I am confused

It must be out of stock. O2's stock system isn't live unfortunately. So what they have done id given you a date when they expect it to be in stock in the shop of your choice. When you collect you will need to take ID and a 4 digit pin from your confirmation email.
