Hi, we are trying to claim Samsung earbuds as we’ve been told we get them free with our phone deal however when we try and claim under the “place of purchase” section there isn’t an option for o2? If we baught the phone straight through o2 what do we put in this section? You don’t get the option to type and you have to choose from a drop down
