I recently got a new contract and with was offered a deal on Apple air pods, upon purchasing the deal I was charged for the AirPods but the sale did not go through after 2 hours on the phone I had to repurchase the AirPods meaning double the money left my bank!! I have waited 5 working days still no refund and I have tried to get a complaints email but can’t find one anywhere!? Very annoyed and disappointed !

You need to contact O2.

Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

Is the transaction to o2 showing as Pending in your bank account?

If it is then it will be released depending on your bank between 24hrs and 10days, you can also contact your bank to see if they can release it.
