Changing tarrif but it's sending a new SIM

Hey I have changed my tarrif on my. SIM card but it's sending me a new one out what do I do has I'm going to have 2bill instead off one now

You won't have 2 contracts if you upgraded.

Often the emails say they are sending a SIM but they don't.

If they do, it will just be blank but updated to get 5g, so there's no need to use it unless you can get 5g in your area.

If you want to use it, you need to do a SIM swap.
