Changing tariffs problem

I recently had a top up of £15 and my balance got £10 and got 7GB big bundle tariff 

i usually get the 15GB bundle for £15 i decided to top up again and now my balance is £20 

when i wanted to change my tariff it says that they will assign me the new tariff bundle after a month not this month idk what to do because it doesn’t make any sense if my balance is £20 i can easily have a £15 bundle whats so wrong in that

Tariff changes take place at your next anniversary date.

If you want to change early, you need to call O2 on 4445.
