I have recently bought a Superdrug SIM card as it is cheaper for me. I did not realize that the superdrug sim was not compatible with the O2. I have successfully put my superdrug sim into my phone and am not paying for that but I’m not sure if I’m still paying for the O2 which I do not want to do. I also cannot access my o2 app now that I have moved providers. I would just like to know if my account has been cancelled and if I’m not paying anymore

@Kirsty19 You would need to speak to customer service to clarify your situation. If you never officially cancelled your O2 contract you would need to do that.
Call 0344 809 0202 or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

@Kirsty19 I missed the cutoff to edit my last post, but just to add, you can also put your O2 sim back in your phone if your contract is still running and follow this guide to cancel: Cancelling your contract - An updated guide - O2 Community

I have tried calling o2 but because my ex partner was the account holder he needs to get in touch with them. I cannot log onto my app as my account has been closed but I’m not too sure if the payments will still go through.

It may also be possible that your phone is network locked to O2
When contacting them by the methods above, check and ask for an unlock code.
