Ccj without my knowledge!

Does anyone know how i can get hold of the credit referrals team. 02 have put a ccj on my credit file for something that was paid years ago and is now effecting my credit rating massively and causing mortgage application problems. I can not get a reply from the credit refferals team. If somebody could please help, would be massively grateful
