Hi,
So I payed off my plan for my iphone 11 in full, so that I could upgrade to the iphone 12. I sent the iphone 12 back within 14 days as I changed my mind and wanted to try the 12 pro max. That phone was too heavy and was causing me pain with my wrists, so I sent it back within 14 days.
I am still waiting for 02 to update the status of the phone and I sent it back on 8th Feb. I am becoming really impatient with this situation and wondering if it's possible to cancel my contract altogether for the 12 pro max. I do not want to be an 02 customer anymore.

You can but You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
