Hi all,

 

I have been trying to cancel my account (as I took it out for my brother as he could open an account as he didn't have a UK passport) as he was over here to see our father before he passed away. He's now back in OZ and I'm trying to cancel the account. Not easy, simple to upgrade or buy more services. Can't talk to a decision maker, just going around in circles. Not happy, really stressed and and just want a simple resolution. I feel this is now affecting my health and don't know where to turn and feel that as long as the money is leaving my account now one cares

If you are in posession of the sim, how to here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract 

If not, You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
