I’ve been trying to top up my pay as you go account for 3 days. I’ve tried 4444 and using my O2. I’ve contacted my back who’ve said they can see all my attempts, the problem is not their end, and they can see the transaction has been reversed each time at the O2 end. Incredibly frustrating as I have a large amount of data and unused minutes in credit which I don’t want to loose.
