Anyone else had any trouble with 02 charging for bolt Ons not being used I had it last year and they said it was this their fault and got a refund just had it again and their saying I’ve used them
Also now waiting for a supervisor to call me back because they can’t transfer calls when working from home which most other businesses with any kind of call centre can
It's not something that crops up regularly on here.
I guess you need to wait for your call back, but you may have to chase them up for that too.
