My father is 76 and is struggling to use his current mobile phone as it is just too complicated!  I was wondering if anybody on here can recommend a simple phone for him please.  He uses his phone mainly for calling, texting, taking pictures and keeping in touch with his grandchildren who live abroad, using Facebook, Facetime and Messenger.  Any recommendations please?  Thank you in advance.  Tracie slight_smile

Doro does appear to be a good choice @traciewhite

Info here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/phones/doro/8030#contractType=paymonthly

Though is showing 'out of stock for home delivery'.

You could give customer services a call and check if there is any availability at all. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Otherwise try Carphone Warehouse or Tesco (who use the O2 network)

Doro do a range of phones esp designed for the elderly.
Worth checking them out in the shop pages. http://www.o2.co.uk/shop
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
