Hi, I’m currently on holiday in Croatia (Dubrovnik Region) and as Croatia is covered in my package I should not incur any additional charges. I have not travelled to any of the neighbouring countries (Bosnia and Montenegro) who are outside my package coverage. However I have been charged an additional £2.61 for “using my phone in Bosnia”. I guess this is because most of the Dubrovnik region is reasonably close to Bosnia and your phone can be switched to the other countries network in error? How do I get this erroneous additional charge reversed?

Hi @Me1010
You probably wont get a refund. O2 will maintain that they aren't responsible for the location of the masts in your destination abroad. It's best that you wait until you get back in the UK then you can contact O2 more easily..
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Manually select a network in Croatia and your phone will not then accidentally roam onto other country networks.
This will prevent it happening again.
