Anyone got any ideas why I cannot get mobile internet connection in Europe. Mobile data is active

Mobile phone says no internet connection while trying to use route finders in the Euro zone. Mobile data is activated but cannot get connected. Any ideas?

If you have an iPhone, change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
