Amazon Prime Video extra added when not selected

I’ve just had my monthly bill go out of my account and was surprised to see it was £10 more. Looking on my o2 it seems it’s for two months worth of Amazon Prime Video that I 100% did not request as an extra. I haven’t been on my o2 for months. I’m really frustrated with this. Anyone else had extras added that they haven’t requested?

You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
