Age Verification NOT Working

I recently noticed that access to certain sites had been restricted for some reason. I have tried to verify my age numerous times via the web, 02 App and via ringing 61018 and have provided credit card details to confirm each time. It worked once briefly, but settings soon appeared to have been reset again within 24hrs, not allowing me access to any 18+ sites once again. This is causing an issue when I am an Ann Summers Rep and needing to log in daily to do my work. Any help is welcome.

@EJC

No credit card is required for monthly contracts Guide: O2 Age restriction

however, there have been some accounts where 2 levels of restriction seem to have been applied.

You'll need to call customer service to check if you are one who is effected.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hello!
Thanks for your reply and feedback.

Yes, I've had my contract for years now with no issues like this before... It's something that's only just come about and I've only just noticed over the past couple of weeks.... Very strange.

It's just frustrating because I finally get access, but then by the next day I'm back to square one with no access again and have to go through all the age verification processes to get access again.... I thought it only required you to enter this information once though and it'd be stored???

Will most prob's ring 202 (Customer Services) to see what they say xx
