Hi anyone know how o2 can be reached, my husband accidentally cancelled the wrong direct debit, he's tried for over a week to Contact them without success, o2 cut his calls and data and now he can do nothing, we've tried signing in and it keeps asking for his account wilhich we can't find, have changed passwords etc and then still asks for acc number. Absolutely losing the will to live now. He's rang that many times and been in hold for up to an hour and still now success, even tried local o2 shop and they couldn't sort and even tried ringing on his behalf and couldn't get an answer. Any help greatly appreciated.
