4g poor signal.

Im having real issues at the moment with my signal. If i turn my wifi off at home it displays the 4G signal but i cant use internet. Im even getting problems with making and answering calls,either people cant hear me or the signal cuts in and out sometimes disconnecting. I have wifi and 4g calling enabled but no change. When i do a network status check it says 4g is good inside and outside but also says their network is busy and theyre working on it. Ive been with o2 for years but this service at the moment is shocking

Try switching off 4g and use 3g whilst they fix the issues with the mast.
