      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’m an O2 and VM customer and am eligible for volt Benefits. After waiting over a month with no progress on the volt benefits activating, I rang O2 support (over 2 weeks ago). The person said they raised a ticket to have the benefits activated for my phone and to wait up to 14 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve waited over 14 days already and the benefits still haven’t activated….&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
