      <description>&lt;P&gt;As the title says, signed a virgin contract, didn't receive sim. 02 say I haven't got an account, virgin just tell me to speak to 02. This has been going on for about 4 weeks. Losing my mind. Phone cut off from other provider, so have no calls or internet now. Any assistance welcome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
